I have created a quick and easy warm salad of brussels sprouts, sweet peas, bacon, almonds and walnuts cooked on the BBQ. It can be eaten as a side dish as well as a full meal. Hope you enjoy!
Warm salad of brussels sprouts, sweet peas, bacon and nuts on the BBQ
For the warm salad
12 brussels sprouts
1 cup of sweet peas
1/3 cup crumbled bacon
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. vegetable seasoning
- Preheat the BBQ at 350F
- Wash the vegetables.
- Cut the brussels sprouts in quarters and prepare the sweet peas.
- In a large bowl, add all the vegetables and the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix them all together.
- On a tin foil sheet, put the mix and close the foil.
- Cook for 25 minutes at the center of the BBQ.
- Serve warm!
