2 cups cooked quinoa
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup shredded broccoli
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup shredded cheese
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup oat cereal for baby
1 tsp. paprika
2 pinches black pepper

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and form balls.
  3. Put the balls in a muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Take the balls out of the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

*You can customize the recipe by adding the vegetables you have on hand. You can also add a different type of baby cereals or simply add whole-wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour per example.

    Any suggestions for making these dairy free (omitting the cheese?)

      Hello Heather, you can add one extra egg, which would bring you to 3 eggs total, to omit the cheese.
