6 tbsp. of all-purpose flour
5 tbsp. of oatmeal
3 tbsp. of brown sugar
4 drops of vanilla extract
2 tbsp. of butter
3 tbsp. of rice milk
1 pinch of baking powder
4 tbsp. of chocolate chips

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients « FOR THE COOKIE » except the chocolate chips and stir until well combined.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and mix a couple times.
  4. Microwave for 1 minute or until you obtain the desired texture.

Psssttt: If, just like me, you prefer your cookie half cook and super moist in the center simply microwave your cookie for 35 seconds
