DONNE: ½ cup of simple syrup


1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tbsp. of fresh or dry lavender flowers

  1. In a saucepan, over medium heat, add all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes and remove from heat.
  2. Leave to rest for a few minutes. Using a fine strainer, remove the lavender flowers.
  3. Add the simple lavender syrup to your favorite recipe and enjoy!
  4. Store in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
