Oh my God! Have you ever had a lavender latte at the restaurant? If so, you know what I am talking about! It tastes so good, it’s relaxing and energizing at the same time. It’s like everything you could ever hope for in one single cup of coffee. #NoJoke
IT REALLY IS.

SELECTING THE RIGHT COFFEE BEANS
If you’re a fan of café latté like me, I know you will enjoy this recipe. In order to create the perfect cup of coffee, I used 49th Parallel’s coffee beans. I always stop by one of their locations when I go to Vancouver and by a lucky coincidence the company sent me some of their coffee beans. I now get to enjoy their tasty coffee while being at home… on my couch. How pleasant!
I used 49thParallel’s Epic espresso to create my lavender latte. It’s a very light espresso with sweet and floral aromas, which pairs really well with my homemade lavender syrup. You could also use their Old School espresso if you prefer a full-bodied cup of coffee with caramel and dark chocolate aromas.

LET’S TALK ABOUT 49TH PARALLEL’S COFFEE
As we have seen in our social media accounts, many of us really appreciate 49thparallel’s coffee. And we do too! First of all, because the moment you sip on their coffee you can instantly feel the quality of the beans. It’s literally divine. Its price does reflect its quality at $19.75 for 16oz, which could be perceived as expensive for coffee beans, but see it as a moment to treat yourself with a good cup of coffee. A little bit like treating yourself to a good bottle of wine. You’re enjoying the moment, maybe even sharing the moment with a friend while sipping of your high-quality cup of coffee. That’s worth something!
49th Parallel’s coffees are available online, as well as in several coffee shops across Canada. In addition, their coffee beans are roasted close to my home, in Vancouver.
