3 cups of salad, washed, dried and chopped
6 dried tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 green onion, finely chopped
Caesar salad dressing, of your choice

  1. In a large bowl, add the chopped salad, the salad dressing and mix until the salad is evenly coated.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients as well as the crispy tofu croutons.
  3. Enjoy!
