I recently was gifted a pair of pants from SUDARA, I company that I had never heard of before, but that I liked the styles! I received a beautiful pair of pants which are super comfortable, of quality and they also have a great fit! Not only did I fall in love with their products, but also with what the company stands for, their value, and their mission. WOW! (cap locks were much needed!)

Through their action, they saved hundreds of Indian women from sex-slavery by taking them off the streets and educating them for a brighter future.

HOW ?

Their products are made in India, but not through typical garment factories. They are made by women saved from sex-slavery or women who were at a high risk of being forced into the sex trade by their relatives. Thankfully, SUDARA is helping hundreds of women by giving them a stable job and a fair pay. Giving those women the freedom and the rights, they deserve in their own country.

Every garment is proudly made in India by women who once were living in really bad life conditions due to sex-trafficking. Today, they get to create beautiful and comfortable garments.

SUDARA was created over 10 years ago. Every year, dozens of women find freedom through living-wage employment thanks to SUDARA.

Something that I really like is that each style is named in honor of a woman in those centers. You can read a few of their stories here.

I received a comfortable pair of jogger pants, but they also offer a wide variety of styles for men, women, and children, whether you’re looking to buy a T-shirt, a pair of shorts, a pair of pants or even a bracelet.

I believe SUDARA is a great company, with an even greater purpose. To check out their styles and to support those women in need, you can purchase their products online.
