1 cup of boiling water
3/4 cup of sugar
Juice of 4 lemons

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients « FOR THE ICE CUBE » until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Slowly pour the lemonade mix into a silicone ice cube tray.
  3. Place the ice cube tray in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight.
  4. When ready to serve add 2 or 3 ice cubes to your glass of cold sparkling water (or cold flat water) (250ml) and drink up!

The ice cubes can be kept in the freezer for 2 to 3 weeks.
