Yum! This homemade salted caramel mocha coffee is so delicious! So good that you might have to make it again the next morning! I was inspired to create this recipe after receiving delightful coffee grains from Melitta a few weeks ago. Since then, I have fallen in love with their “xpress” coffee beans, ideal for espresso coffee… they are simply divine.
When I use Melitta’s “xpress” coffee beans in my espresso machine, I get a very creamy and tasty “caffè crema” espresso. In short, I love it! It has nothing to do with the other types of coffee I’ve tried before.

As I was so satisfied with their coffee beans, I couldn’t help but push the idea a little further. Picture this; on a somewhat chilly Saturday afternoon, we get a little wood fire going, and I make us amazing salted caramel mochas, all that while being bundled up in a cozy blanket. The pinnacle of a cozy moment, in my opinion, while sipping on our homemade salted caramel mocha coffees!
